NeedleFree IVF™ is an innovative medication delivery system that allows you to administer your
subcutaneous fertility medications without the need for daily injections.
1. PLACE THE DEVICE
A small NeedleFree IVF™ device is placed on your abdomen.
2. TAKE YOUR MEDICATIONS
Once in place, you can administer your medications through the device without the need for daily needle
sticks.
3. KEEP IT IN PLACE
The device can remain in place for up to seven days and is replaced as needed for the remainder of your
cycle.

Meet the Doctor Behind NeedleFree IVF™
NeedleFree IVF™ was developed by Dr. Rachel Mandelbaum, a reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist based in Los Angeles, California. A self-described “needle phobe,” Dr. Mandelbaum understands firsthand how challenging repeated injections can be.
Inspired by seeing how insulin pump technology helped pregnant patients with Type 1 diabetes avoid repeated injections, she began exploring how the same concept could be adapted for fertility treatment. Dr. Mandelbaum first used the device during her own IVF cycle and later tested it in a clinical trial.
Today, she routinely uses NeedleFree IVF™ in her practice, with about 70% of her patients using the technology.
